You must perform 3 reps of each weight properly before you can move to the next barbell or dumbbell. Should you miss a rep (rules and standards will be provided to you ahead of time and at the training sessions), you will have one chance to correct it. Should that rep be called a second time, you will be finished and the last successfully completed 3 reps will count toward your overall points.
What happens if there is a tie?
Should there be a tie in any of the events, a tie-breaker will be performed between the two competitors. For example, if there is a tie for the heaviest deadlift, each competitor will have a chance to break that tie by performing as many deadlifts as possible in 2 minutes at a reduced weight.
