Maybe the group setting isn’t for you?  You may have some very specific fitness goals that would be better served in a one-on-one session.  Perhaps you are training for a specific sport or event and require a trainer who can design a more customized program?  We offer personal training in one-on-one, two-on-one or three-on-one session packages with monthly or per-session rates.

There are a number of advantages to working with a personal trainer.  These advantages range from motivation and consistency to the benefits of individual attention or customized programs for sport-specific training.

Then there are instances where someone has a specific medical condition that may make exercise challenging.  The knowledgeable coaches at Chase Strength & Conditioning can design a program that ensures your safety and provides a positive exercise experience.

Of course, an experienced personal coach can make exercise both effective and fun. Working with a trainer who you like and respect can be a great way to increase enjoyment and can also provide you with more gratification from your workouts!
