CrossFit is a lifestyle program characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. The CrossFit lifestyle will assist you in accomplishing any goal; from improved health to weight loss to better performance, and anything in-between! The program works for everyone — from people who are just starting from a sedentary lifestyle to those who have been training for years. The Iron Skunk Barbell Club strength program is an opportunity to spend time honing your technique and increasing your capacity at the most fundamental strength movements, that include (but not limited to), Back Squat, Overhead Press, Bench Press, and Deadlift.  These movements are the foundation of any and all other weightlifting exercises.  Olympic Lifting movements will also be incorporated. Personal Training because maybe, the group setting isn’t for you. You may have some very specific fitness goals that would be better served in a one-on-one session.  Perhaps you are training for a specific sport or event and require a trainer who can design a more customized program?  We offer personal training in one-on-one, two-on-one or three-on-one session packages with monthly or per-session rates.  Read more.

Kit Club is a coach-led, 1-hour program for kids ages 6-15. We focus on the FUNdamentals of proper movement, strength, and FUNctional fitness.  Read more.

Mommy & Me class incorporates your baby and stroller into the workout for a good sweat session while bonding with your little one!  An amazing way to introduce a life of health and fitness to your child!  This is a super flexible, fun class, sure to please both Mommy & baby!  Read more. 

The Nutrition approach is pretty straight-forward.  “Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.” Given the convenience of poor-quality foods that we have at our fingertips, it is sometimes difficult to choose between grabbing something quick just to settle the hunger pains, then it is to buy, prepare and cook a healthy, nutritious meals. BEMER Circulation Therapy promotes blood flow, and blood flow plays a critical role in our general health. Healthy circulation is vital. Stimulating healthy muscles and temporarily increasing blood circulation in healthy muscles is the primary goal of BEMER, to support muscular health and optimize performance. Read more.
